  We are hopeful this expedited hearing date will allow the permit to be issued in time to allow us to formally enter into the contract with Manson Construction, begin to deploy equipment and salvage as much of the time allowed this year to construct the beach as possible.  As any additional information concerning the petition, the hearing or other aspects of the project become available, we will notify you.
