A discussion of the recent events surrounding the permit will be our primary focus.  The status of the permit delay and the petitions that were filed will be reviewed and updated, if any changes or developments have taken place between now and then.  We do plan to have a discussion with an attorney who specializes in this type of situation prior to the meeting.  We will review the options suggested by counsel and discuss what actions we can take to help get the project moving forward without significant delays.  It is possible the Florida Supreme Court will have issued an opinion on the Destin matter on August 30th.  Of course should that occur, the opinion and its ramifications will be discussed as well. 

A meeting was held with Manson, our dredging contractor, concerning the project recently, and a report on the outcome of that meeting will be made.  Finally we've had some questions submitted via email concerning the MSTU and the recent TRIM notices that were sent out.  There will be discussion and review of those questions as well.
