Nominations and Voting for Board Positions.

The entire board constitutes the formal nominating committee and nominations will be taken from the floor.  Six board positions are open including Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and three directors' seats; Pat Hardman and Rex Anderson have consented to serve again.  If there are no new nominations, the following slate will be presented to the membership for election:
