AVOID BALLOT "BOO-BOOS" TO BE SURE YOUR VOTE IS COUNTED!

     All ballots have been mailed to registered voters.  If you do not receive your ballot by Friday, June 23rd, you should contact the Supervisor of Elections office to find out what to do.  Call between the hours of 9 and 5 EST, 850-229-6117.

• REMEMBER, ONLY ONE BALLOT PER ENVELOPE!  Placing more than one ballot in an envelope will void all ballots in that envelope.
• REMEMBER TO SIGN YOUR BALLOT ENVELOPE ON THE BACK FLAP!  Failure to sign your ballot will void it.
• BE SURE TO LIST THE CORRECT ADDRESS ON THE ENVELOPE BACK FLAP!  Failure to list your PHYSICAL CAPE REGISTERED VOTER'S ADDRESS will void your ballot.  Do not use PO boxes or alternate mailing addresses.  If you have questions on what address you should be placing on the flap, call the Supervisor of Elections for clarification.
• REMEMBER TO USE SUFFICIENT POSTAGE.  We've calculated that to be 63 cents.  Failure to place adequate postage on your ballot will result in your ballot not being delivered and counted.
• DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF BALLOTS IS 7:00 P.M. EST JULY 6TH.  You may mail or hand-deliver your ballot so that it is received at the Supervisor of Elections office on or before that date and time.  Again, if you have any questions or need clarification of any of the voting procedures, please call the Supervisor of Elections to be sure your ballot is properly executed and your vote counted!
