MSTU Property Listing

• NEW MSTU LISTING IS AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW BY CLICKING HERE.    However, in the simplest terms, if your parcel "touches" the Gulf of Mexico, it would be considered gulf front.  If your parcel sits on the gulf side of Cape San Blas Road but does not touch the water, it would be considered gulf interior.  If your property sits on the bayside of Cape San Blas Road, it would be considered bayside.  If you have any uncertainty about what classification your property is in, please email info@savethecape.com and we will verify it for you.
• The property listing includes only parcel numbers & MSTU classifications. Therefore, you will need your parcel number handy. Please go to the Gulf County Property Appraisers web site to look up your number.
